Auriol, Marchioness of Linlithgow

HostessYour event will be hosted by myself, and coordinated by my very experienced team who will make sure the run up to your simulated game day, party, corporate event, holiday or house party runs smoothly. I have over many years been involved with organizing events and parties and have a wealth of experience.

Bryngwyn Hall has been owned by my family for over 200 years and is a very important part of Welsh heritage. Designed by Robert Mylne (1733-1811) in the then fashionable neo-classical design it is the last surviving example of his work in Wales. Bryngwyn Hall and gardens are Grade II*

Due to financial restraints my family had to mothball the house and grounds in 1929. In 1987 the house was handed over to me in a state of sad dereliction. In 1988 I began my lifelong ambition to see Bryngwyn restored as a family home.

I have spent many years carefully restoring Bryngwyn Hall, the large and beautifully landscaped garden, the lake and park of our much loved family home which is a sensational, beautiful and happy place.

We have hosted many shooting parties, simulated game days and wedding parties, all very different and all very special. Bryngwyn Hall has featured in six television documentaries; Fine Families with Miles Kington 1997, The Curious House Guest with Jeremy Musson BBC Wales 2006, How the Other Half Lives Channel 4 2008, A Summer in Wales BBC One 2012, Salvage Hunters 2012 and Situation Vacant Channel 4 2014. Bryngwyn has also featured in Shropshire Life, Home and Garden, Country Life which you can read by clicking here... and Period Living.

I hope when you make your enquiry you will come and visit so I can share photographs of past weddings and parties and show you this sensational venue and help you to coordinate the arrangements for your stay.
